Melissa started her professional career in recruiting for a large Global technology consulting company. She then transitioned into consulting herself and focused on the people side of business change. Melissa's professional background coupled with her formal education in Psychology is evident in the empathetic and patient approach she has with her clients. A true Texan, Melissa graduated from the University of Texas at Austin and went to high school at Bellaire High in Houston. Melissa is especially proud of the work she does with her therapy dog, Gracie Rose. They volunteer together as a team at local elementary schools and hospitals.
