Carlotta Morris,
Carlotta has been in the real estate business for 26 years  in raw land, commercial leasing and  New Homes Sales for several area builders. She joined The Ferester Team in March 2009. She and her family moved to The Woodlands in 1992 when she went to work for a local home builder. She won the esteemed award of sales person of the year, her first year selling new homes. She loves what she does and says real estate is not a job but her passion. She has been an outstanding addition to The Ferester Team. Carlotta has three grown children and specializes in The Woodlands and Kingwood.

Kristie Carruthers,
Kristie Carruthers joined The Ferester Team in 2008. She has an extensive knowledge of the real estate business having relocated eight times with her family. They have lived in The Woodlands with their four children for eight years. Kristie also owns Legacy Interiors and has continued her work in the design field even after entering real estate in 2007. Service minded, Kristie serves on several boards for the school, church and other organizations. She has a BBA and a M. Ed and has worked in the business community and taught elementary school.

Josey Varacalli
Josey Varacalli is a native Italian Canadian with deep personal roots in the European culture.She is trilingual, speaking French, Italian, and English with a Bachelor’s Degree in economics and marketing. Her prior work experience was in foreign exchange and securities for the Bank of Canada. She also spent many years in airline corporate sales for a major European carrier giving her a diverse business, marketing and sales background geared to better understand and serve buyers and sellers needs alike.

Josey understands the critical key items of the buying and selling cycle, and has personally gone through the relocation process several times with her family giving her a heightened sense of compassion geared to making the experience a smooth one.

Josey joined the Ferester Team in 2011.

Lelia Aguilar
Lelia moved to the United States in 1991 with her family from her native Mexico. She began her real estate career working as an assistant to a top producing agent in The Woodlands, later to earn her own license and begin her own successful real estate business in The Woodlands. Lelia’s connections between the United States and Mexico helped launch an outstanding career by using her inherent talents and bilingual skills to assist many Hispanic families move to the United States. In February of 2011 Lelia was invited to join The Ferester Team at Coldwell Banker. Beth Ferester recognized the value of Lelia’s many talents and her many connections to the fast growing stream of foreign buyers. They will combined their talents and knowledge to help both buyers and sellers in The Woodlands.

Marilyn Carson, ABR

Marilyn was the first agent to enter Beth’s mentor program in 1997. Marilyn specializes in the Northwest area of Houston including Spring and Cypress. She is a fantastic listing and selling agent having been consistently named one of Coldwell Banker United’s top agents and receiving the President’s Elite designation.
