The team consists of Beth’s immediate support staff and her team of four high caliber agents who work under Beth’s watchful eye during their internship. During their training they learn the “Ferester Method” of assisting buyers and sellers exuding the highest degree of service and professionalism.

Pres. Elite Team Award 2007 Haley joined Beth’s mentor program in 2003 and has had tremendous success with both buyers and sellers. Her individual performance has lead her to be named one of the top 10 agents in The Woodlands office for the past several years and has been named to the President’s Elite status in Coldwell Banker National. Marilyn was the first agent to enter Beth’s mentor program in 1997. Marilyn specializes in the Northwest area of Houston including Spring and Cypress.
