Seeing the need for growth and national coverage, Beth merged both her 1960 and Woodlands offices with the highly prestigious Coldwell Banker United Realtors in 1998. The merger has allowed Beth to achieve even more in her personal career having been named one of the top ten realtors in all of Houston by the Houston Business Journal every year since its inception.

Beth is a marketing expert who has developed an individual marketing plan for each of her sellers, resulting in profitable and timely sales. Her talent for understanding the needs of her clients combined with her extensive knowledge of the marketplace is the reason she is a highly sought-after buyer’s agent. Joining Coldwell Banker’s national team allowed Beth and her team to be part of the largest relocation company in the country, Cartus Relocation. Meet The Ferester Team

Bob Ferester
Bob has had extensive experience in the corporate world with a Masters in Business Administration. He has a Texas Broker’s license and has assisted Beth in real estate beginning when they opened Ferester & Company. They have been married since 1967 and have four grown children and nine grandchildren. Bob oversees the day to day operations of the team including all of the high-tech aspects of the business.

Debra Doran
Debra has been Beth’s personal assistant since 1992. Her pleasant personality and attention to detail allow Beth the freedom to concentrate on marketing and working with buyers. Debra takes care of the multitude of paperwork required to maintain the highest degree of quality control.

Beth and Bob Ferester have been married since 1967 and have four grown children and nine beautiful grandchildren. The children live all over the world including Scotland, Costa Rica, San Antonio and Austin but they all speak to each other daily from wherever they are. Beth and her husband live in The Woodlands Town Center Remington Brownstones but enjoy many weekends at their ranch in Round Top Texas where they entertain family and friends and unwind from their busy schedules.
