This prestigious title is awarded each year by the Houston Business Journal using production numbers of thousands of agents in the Houston MLS system.
As a marketing expert, she has developed an individual marketing campaign for each property, resulting in timely and profitable transactions. Bob Ferester Bob has had extensive experience in the corporate world with a Masters in Business Administration. He has a Texas Broker’s license and has assisted Beth in real estate beginning when they opened Ferester & Company. They have been married since 1967 and have four grown children and nine grandchildren. Bob oversees the day to day operations of the team including all of the high-tech aspects of the business.
Vanessa Hadrych Vanessa joined The Ferester Team in June of 2011 and takes care of the multitude of paperwork required to maintain the highest degree of quality control. Previously, Vanessa held positions within Coldwell Banker United, Realtors’ corporate relocation department and branch office in The Woodlands. Vanessa is currently pursuing bachelor’s degrees in Psychology and Criminal Justice.
Beth and Bob Ferester have been married since 1967 and have four grown children and nine beautiful grandchildren. The children live all over the world including Scotland, Costa Rica, San Antonio and Austin but they all speak to each other daily from wherever they are. Beth and her husband live in The Woodlands Town Center Remington Brownstones but enjoy many weekends at their ranch in Round Top, Texas where they entertain family and friends and unwind from their busy schedules.
